Once products are shipped they are considered used and become not returnable. Should you believe there to be a manufacturer defect please record the nature of the defect and contact Bottoms Up Lingerie at returns@bottomsuplingerie.com for further instructions within ten (10) days of original purchase date.
Many pleasure products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please see product description. When your new toy arrives be sure to read any included material and save your receipts so you can take advantage of manufacturer’s warranties if needed. You will need to work directly with the manufacturer to return/replace the item. All orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed – excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking numbers are provided so you can track the delivery of your package. In some cases order items might be shipped separately.
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging and/or USPS boxes. We do not ship on the weekends and certain major holidays so please keep that in mind when anticipating the delivery of your package.
USPS will return packages that are unclaimed. If a package is returned to us and we have to reship it, the customer is charged for the reshipping, even if they have selected free shipping on the original order. Some orders might be shipped and require a signature … if this is the case you will be informed.
Bottoms Up Lingerie is not responsible for missing / damaged products/packages resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. However we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate party. Claims may take up to 10 business days to process. Please keep all products in their original packaging until the claim is settled.
BACKORDERS
There are times when a particular style, color, or size is not in stock. If this is the case, we will e-mail you that the item is on backorder and ask if you would like to wait for the product, replace it with a different item, or cancel that part of the order.
Free Shipping is available for all qualifying orders of $100 and up excluding taxes, shipping or oversize shipment fees. Free shipping is available for Continental United States shipments only. We make every effort to ship all orders on a daily basis, however, due to heavy order volume we are not always able to do so. There are no guarantees on shipping times, arrival dates or method of shipment with Free Shipping options. We reserve the right to ship your order using whichever carrier we choose.
