Bottoms Up Lingerie will gladly accept eligible merchandise received within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of purchase.
Please inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package we require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us via email and/or telephone is made regarding the damaged / missing items within 48 hours, all items are deemed correct & received.
You can return item(s) for refund, exchange or store credit.
All items need to be returned in the same condition the items were received unworn, in new condition, with the original tags still attached and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). The items can be tried on to confirm sizing but the returned merchandise will be inspected for signs of prolonged wear. Health regulations specify that clothing that is stained, worn, damaged, or washed cannot be taken back.Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on lingerie and/or swimwear.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that appear to have been worn, stained, washed or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Items received after the 15-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
All sales are final on the following items: Clearance items, price reduced panties, thongs, men’s boxers & thongs, hosiery, pasties, pastie glue, wigs and wig accessories, eyelashes, eyelash accessories, body creams, gels, candles, adhesive items or any similar romantic gifts and/or body jewelry at management’s discretion (NO EXCEPTIONS). Any items that are designed to come in contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned for credit or exchange by our customers.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) Number before the merchandise is mailed back to Bottoms Up Lingerie. If no RMA# is visible on the outside of the package, Bottoms Up Lingerie will not accept the package and it will be returned to the customer. a. Your order number, name and email address.
b. Products you wish to return and the reason for the return.
c. If you would like a refund, store credit or a replacement. We can accommodate any combination of the above options in the same return.
Returning Adult Novelties / Toys
Because of the personal nature of the items we are unable to return these products to our manufactures unless they are defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.
Any defective item returned must have ALL original parts and original packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc. Email email@example.com to request the RMA#.
Refunds for returned defective items
· All items must be returned within 15 days of receipt for refund, exchange or credit.
· Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded.
We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges will not be refunded on unclaimed / refused / undeliverable packages.
